Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Incharge based in Bhuj. The Lab Incharge will oversee laboratory operations, ensure adherence to quality control practices, and manage laboratory equipment and supplies. Responsibilities include supervising laboratory staff, conducting research and development (R&D) activities, analyzing and interpreting test results, and ensuring that laboratory procedures comply with established protocols. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and driving improvements in laboratory efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Laboratory Equipment management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
- Prior leadership experience in a laboratory setting is an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
