Job Title: Polarion Developer

Candidate Specification: Minimum 3 to 9 Years of Experience.

Job Description
Develop and configure
Polarion ALM workflows
, dashboards, templates, and custom widgets.

Integrate Polarion with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins) and other third-party tools.

Manage
requirements traceability
,
defect tracking
, and
test case management
in Polarion.

Create and maintain
project templates
for Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Customize
scripts and reports
using Velocity templates and Java extensions.

Support teams in implementing
process models
(e.g., ASPICE, ISO using Polarion.

Provide
user training
and create documentation for processes and features.

Troubleshoot issues and provide level 2/3 support for Polarion-related concerns.

Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, plugin installations, and performance tuning.

Participate in design reviews, audits, and change control board meetings as needed.
