Roles & Responsibilities:

Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that guide customers through the store and enhance their shopping experience.

Set up window displays, signage, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotional displays to highlight key products and campaigns.

Identify key messages and ensure a clear and compelling visual representation of the desired end result.

Align displays with the companys culture, products, brand image, and target market to maintain consistency and relevance.

Update displays regularly to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.

Travel across India to work hands-on in stores, providing training and guidance to the local teams on visual merchandising.

Ensure all displays adhere to Global Guidelines to maintain uniformity across all locations.

Strategize the visual layout and display of new product drops, ensuring they align with the provided layouts, guidelines, and received merchandise.

Candidate Profile

6-8 years of relevant experience is required for the role.

Confident in presenting and communicating concepts in business meetings and to supervisors.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment, adapting to changing priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration and relationship-building.

A high school diploma is required; a graduate/postgraduate degree from a reputed institution is preferred.
