Role & responsibilities

We are looking for HR Manager for Pune, Near Shirdi and Solapur Locations.

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations.
  • Handle employee life cycle management including onboarding, induction, payroll, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Support talent acquisition and manpower planning.
  • Drive performance management and training initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

  • Professionals with hospital/healthcare background will be given preference.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations.
