Role Overview
The Website Handling Executive will be responsible for managing and updating Amadora's website, ensuring smooth user experience, accurate product listings, visual consistency, and integration with online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye, technical know-how, and a passion for digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update website content including product menus, store details, offers, and announcements.
- Ensure website accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for new content uploads.
- Manage product photography and image optimization for web.
- Track website analytics and suggest improvements in user experience and conversion.
- Handle minor technical issues or coordinate with web developers for fixes.
- Integrate marketing campaigns (festive offers, new flavours, limited editions, etc.) on the website.
- Manage SEO basics — page titles, keywords, and Meta descriptions.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast page loading.
- Monitor website orders or queries and coordinate with operations for follow-up.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing websites (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and web content management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Eye for detail, creativity, and a sense of brand aesthetics.
