24x7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)

Experience:
1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)

Your Mission:

  • Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN issues, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot across platforms Windows, Android, iOS.
  • Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype.
  • Handle registry fixes, patch upgrades, virus/security troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models.

Your Toolkit:

  • Intermediate knowledge of OS, browsers, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in a busy ICT Service Desk environment.
  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
  • Willingness to work in
    US time zones
    (Night Shifts)
  • Any Full-time Graduate
    (No backlogs)
  • Commitment to
    100% Work from Office (No Hybrid)
  • Readiness to complete client-specific training
  • Ability to handle
    24x7 rotational shifts

Preferred:
Basic understanding or any customer support/Service Desk expertise
