Social Media Specialist & Content Creator

Location: Hyderabad, India

Type: Full-time, On-site (with travel to Beforest Collectives based on business needs)

Compensation: ₹30,000/month (1 years of relevant experience)

The Role

As ourSocial Media Specialist & Content Creator, you'll shape how Bewild communicates with the world — crafting stories that inspire people to live more consciously and stay connected to nature. You'll plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms while analyzing performance and fostering a vibrant online community that reflects our brand's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Produce engaging content across formats — short-form video, graphics, reels, and captions — tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Ensure every piece of content reflects Bewild's tone of voice, visual identity, and values.

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Maintain and manage a content calendar that integrates campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling moments. Work with on-boarded partners to build a comprehensive plan.

Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active online & offline community. Monitor comments, interact with followers, and respond authentically to inquiries and feedback.

Performance & Analytics: Track social media metrics and KPIs. Present insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.

Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Design, Business Intelligence and Customer Experience teams. Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to ensure content aligns with larger campaigns and brand priorities.

Skills & Qualifications

● Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media management and content creation.

● Creative Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design, short-form video editing, and storytelling through visuals and copy.

● Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret analytics and convert insights into strategy.

● Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and other emerging platforms and knowledge of Ai tools

● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Mindset: Purpose-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

You'll be a part of Bewild's Marketing Team — collaborating with creative, business, and farm teams across Beforest Collectives. This is a role for someone who thrives on cross-functional teamwork and enjoys translating nature-inspired ideas into compelling digital stories.
