Job Description – QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Position: QHSE Officer / Executive / Manager Department: Quality / Safety / Operations Reports to: Plant Head / Operations Manager / QHSE Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Management Implement and maintain ISO, HACCP, FSSC22000 or other quality standards. Monitor product quality, conduct audits, and ensure corrective/preventive actions. Review and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality policies. 2. Health & Safety Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement control measures. Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees. Maintain records of accidents, near misses, and corrective actions. 3. Environment Monitor environmental performance (waste management, energy use, emissions, effluents). Ensure compliance with environmental laws and sustainability policies. Drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact (recycling, energy saving, pollution control). 4. Compliance & Audits Prepare and face internal/external audits (ISO, customer audits, regulatory inspections). Maintain legal and regulatory compliance documentation. Support management in achieving certifications and continuous improvements. 5. Continuous Improvement Lead initiatives for process improvement and cost savings without compromising QHSE standards. Promote a strong QHSE culture across all levels of the organization. Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and report QHSE performance to management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Food Technology / Environmental Science / Safety Management. Certification in QHSE, NEBOSH/IOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 preferred. 2–8 years of relevant experience (depending on role level). Strong knowledge of local laws, safety regulations, and quality management systems. Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Number of incidents/accidents reduced. Audit scores and compliance level. Customer complaints & non-conformities closure rate. Environmental performance improvements. Training completion and employee participate.

Pay: ₹33, ₹36,000.00 per month
