Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the right person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing information and taking messages.
  • Address visitor concerns, requests, and inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for meetings and other events.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and prepare access cards if needed.
  • Assist with office tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Office Management:
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders for replacements when necessary.
  • Operate office equipment like computers, copiers, and fax machines.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Organization & Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties efficiently.
