Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to labour laws while supporting employees with payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Verify timesheets, attendance records, and leave balances.
- Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and statutory filings.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for HR & Finance.
- Assist employees with tax calculations and investment declarations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years in payroll processing.
- Skills: Proficiency in payroll software & MS Excel, strong understanding of labour laws, attention to detail, and confidentiality management.
