Job Description:
  • Responsiliable for Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Around 380 No. In House & Vendor End Running Moulds as per Process & Sap System Requirement.
  • Good knowledge of injection mould maintenance, hot runner, cold runner preventive maintenance and blue matching
  • Good knowledge of polishing in mirror surface with dent remove in reduce time.
  • Good knowledge all type mould dismantle and assembly.
  • Good knowledge of Deascaling m/c and ultrasonic m/c.
  • Good knowledge of instruments perameter etc.
  • Good knowledge of MICROTIG and TIG welding Good knowledge of TIG welding
  • Good knowledge of Mould polishing
  • Good knowledge of milling machines 
  • Good knowledge of Radiadrill machine 
  • Good knowledge of Surface grinding machine 
  • Good knowledge of Lath machines o Review Breakdown time due to Tool Problem & Done Analysis for Minimize B/D Time .
  • Make Preventive Maintenance Schedule & Review on daily basis.
  • Manage the Stock of Tool & Accessories & Create Purchase Requisition as per Short Stock.
  • Maintain & Update Tool Maintenance Related Documents Visual Management and Supervision of Daily Work Management


Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Diploma/B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or CIPET
  • Minimum Experience of 7-8 years in Tooling/Tool maintenance.
  • Processing knowledge of Plastic & Rubber mould.
  • Creation of preventive maintenance plan of molds with knowledge of plastic, LSR Mold and Valve Gate Molds.
  • Plant Mold Installation and maintenance of mold.
  • Preventive and break down maintenance of the rubber mold.
  • Ensuring Compliance of ISO – 14001
  • Awareness IATF 16949.
  • Providing the best Solution of maintenance of molds and quality of molds
  • Capability of teamwork, Integration expertise
  • Sound and good communication skills
