We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and manage social media activities on behalf of our clients. As a digital marketing and IT solutions firm, we require someone who can take full ownership of content strategy, branding, campaign execution, and client communication across all social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customised social media strategies for multiple clients.
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality posts, reels, stories, and brand campaigns.
  • Manage client social media calendars, audience engagement, and platform-specific trends.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads optional) and optimise for performance.
  • Analyse insights and prepare clear monthly reports for each client.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to understand their goals and update them on progress.
  • Coordinate with internal designers, editors, and marketing team to deliver consistent branding.
  • Ensure all client accounts maintain a strong and professional online presence.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in social media marketing or digital campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and creativity.
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver measurable growth for clients.
