This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources operations, offering an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance in a real-world setting. You'll work closely with the HR team to support daily functions and gain insights into the HR profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and databases
  • Assist in organizing HR events and initiatives
  • Help develop HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement activities
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, trends, and compliance topics

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus (but not required)
