JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing hiring process.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with offerings to deliver accurate program information.
• Sourcing candidates using all job portals, social media, mail box CV searching the internal and external databases.
• CRM Management: Maintain lead and call records using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, support, and academic teams for seamless communication.
• Head hunting the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies.
• Conducting detailed proficiency and behavioral based interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements.
• Guide candidates through the application process, including documentation and visa requirements.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work from office

• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pleasant phone manner.
• Able to work in a team.
