Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst/Assistant Manager, Web Content Marketing & Email Developer (Automation Specialist)
The Web Content Marketing Manager will become part of Genpact's marketing team, overseeing client websites and email programs. This role involves collaborating with marketing managers, technical partners, and vendors to implement digital marketing strategies. Additionally, the position requires ensuring consistency across client websites and emails while developing and executing these marketing plans. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and experience in designing, managing, and sustaining successful enterprise eCommerce initiatives in a data-driven setting, along with strong thought-leadership skills, business acumen, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Utilize content management system (Sitecore) to execute the client website for their wealth segment.

• Develop, launch, and optimize a broad range of email programs using email marketing software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

• Work effectively with Marketing Campaign Managers to drive digital activation of strategic and recurring outbound campaigns.

• Act as digital subject matter expert in collaboration with our Marketing, Legal, and Compliance partners.

• Ensure that digital marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines (web) while adhering to bank and regulatory standards.

• Perform ongoing testing of email subject lines, offers, creatives, copy, and other testable variables. Present finding and implement best practices. Continually improve open, click, conversion, and subscription rates.

• Schedule and automate promotional email campaigns to be sent to specified list/segments.

• Monitor and optimize deliverability and ensure CAN-SPAM compliance.

• Monitor and provide web analytics that help influence tactics to improve the overall value of wealth related sections of the site. This includes site optimizations to drive conversion, details about who is visiting, and changes to user behavior.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree

• Relevant years of relevant Web content management and design experience in Sitecore/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar applications

• Flexible, including UK shift and U.S. Shift as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects and progress of others on team.

• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product management / segment management, Web producers / developers / architects.

• Experience working on digital initiatives within an Agile delivery framework.

• Document best-practice examples and guidance that help our marketing strategists effectively utilize our ecommerce system(s)

• Ability to interact with senior management and work independently. Team player who also demonstrates leadership skills in a matrix managed organization.

• Knowledge of HTML, Content Management Systems (Sitecore experience preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Photoshop, and SQL queries.

• Prior work with content hubs or blog is a plus.

• Knowledge of A/B and Multivariate Testing and Personalization is a plus.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Search tactic is a plus.

• Knowledge of content audits, content inventories, and Information Architecture (IA) a plus.
