We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to schools, principals, and coordinators to promote our educational tours and experiential learning programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions to introduce and explain our tour programs.
  • Generate leads by identifying potential clients and maintaining a follow-up database.
  • Fix appointments for the sales team with school decision-makers (principals, coordinators, administrators).
  • Handle inbound inquiries from schools and provide accurate program information.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM/records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client communication.
  • Collect feedback from schools to improve communication and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care / Inside Sales (experience in education or travel industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Kannada/etc. depending on location).
  • Ability to confidently speak with principals, teachers, and school management.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.

Job Type: Full-time
