About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to manage our company's overall accounting, compliance, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to financial management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances including return filing, reconciliations, and audits.
  • Manage monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management review.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other statutory regulations.
  • Assist in strategic financial planning, cost control, and business forecasting.
  • Support internal controls and process improvements in finance operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of Post Qualification relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Excel / ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end finance functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
