Experience: 2–8 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage compliance, employee records, and administrative processes. The role involves ensuring adherence to statutory laws, handling documentation, and supporting smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
 - Manage audits, inspections, and maintain compliance records
 - Prepare and file statutory returns (PF, PT, ESIC, etc.) within deadlines
 - Implement and update HR policies in line with regulations
 
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
 - Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
 - Support payroll processing by providing accurate compliance data
 - Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compliance
 - Assist in onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement activities
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Commerce/Business Administration
 - Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
 - Experience in HR operations, payroll inputs & documentation
 - Excellent communication, organizational & administrative skills
 
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
