Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage compliance, employee records, and administrative processes. The role involves ensuring adherence to statutory laws, handling documentation, and supporting smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
  • Manage audits, inspections, and maintain compliance records
  • Prepare and file statutory returns (PF, PT, ESIC, etc.) within deadlines
  • Implement and update HR policies in line with regulations

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate compliance data
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compliance
  • Assist in onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Commerce/Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
  • Experience in HR operations, payroll inputs & documentation
  • Excellent communication, organizational & administrative skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
