Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Jira Developer / Administrator -Lead for our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Jira development and administration, with a strong ability to create and manage dashboards, workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
- Develop and manage Jira dashboards and advanced reporting capabilities.
- Create and manage automations, integrations, and scripts to optimize Jira usage.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines as related to Jira and connected tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and support users with Jira-related queries.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and PMO teams to ensure Jira aligns with business needs.
Required Skills :
years of experience in Jira administration and development.
- Proficiency in creating custom workflows, schemes, and automation rules.
- Experience with Jira plugins/add-ons (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Location Requirement :
This is an onsite role based in our Bangalore office.
