Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Intern, located in Chennai, with some work-from-home options. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for assisting in the creation and management of social media content, facilitating social media marketing strategies, and contributing to digital marketing initiatives. In addition to daily tasks that will be performed remotely, you might have to accompany us to cover events or to create behind the scenes content.

ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Develop and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including writing captions, generating visuals, and creating video content aligned with brand guidelines. Social Media Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts across platforms using social media management tools to maintain consistent brand presence. Community Management: Respond to comments and messages from followers on social media platforms, addressing inquiries and fostering positive interactions.

Analytics Tracking: Monitor and analyse social media metrics (impressions, reach, engagement) to identify trends and inform strategy adjustments. Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns for product launches, events, or promotions. Trend Research: Stay updated on current social media trends and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the company's strategy.

Social Media Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarising social media performance and key insights for the marketing team.
