Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate located in Purnea. The Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assisting in financial services, supporting banking operations, and handling credit and lending activities. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, processing transactions, providing customer support, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The Associate will also play a crucial role in facilitating doorstep banking services and contributing to financial inclusion efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer relationship management and financial services
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and transaction processing
  • Knowledge of credit and lending activities and related regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in relevant technology platforms and tools
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
