Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Telesales Agent. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include making sales calls, maintaining client relationships, offering product training, and achieving sales targets. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Sales experience, including telesales and closing deals
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Previous experience in the finance or debt recovery industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
