Job Title: BMS Technician (Building Management System)

Location: Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Kharagpur

Role Summary:

Vicom Security Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a BMS Manager to handle maintenance and supervision of the Building Management System (BMS) software and services at the medical institute. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of HVAC/AHU, fire alarm, CCTV, and related integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and supervise BMS software and related subsystems (HVAC/AHU, fire alarm, CCTV).
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS equipment and services.
• Respond to alarms/faults and coordinate with Vicom Security service team for resolution.
• Maintain logs, reports, and support compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of BMS operations, HVAC (especially AHU), fire alarm, and CCTV systems.
• Hands-on experience in system maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Male candidate, local to Kharagpur or nearby areas.
• Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergencies.
