We are looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our creative team, craft polished stories, optimize assets for multiple platforms, and support fast-turnaround production workflows.

We operate in the Digital Marketing & Creative Services sector, delivering high-impact video and multimedia content for e-commerce, B2B, and consumer-brand clients. This is an on-site India role in a fast-paced agency environment focused on social, web, and campaign-driven video production. We're hiring an experienced Video Editor who can craft polished stories, optimise assets for multiple platforms, and thrive under deadline pressure.

• Day-to-day editing: review briefs and rushes, ingest and organize media, sync audio, create assembly and rough cuts, develop fine cuts, and prepare final masters for delivery across platforms.
• Platform optimisation & deliverables: produce social-first edits (Reels, Shorts, Stories), landscape web videos, and paid-campaign formats — along with multiple cutdowns (15s, 30s, 60s), square/vertical/horizontal versions, thumbnails, and captioned exports (SRT/VTT).
• Motion graphics & creative embellishments: design and integrate lower-thirds, simple animations, transitions, animated captions, and motion templates using After Effects or equivalent to strengthen messaging and brand language.
• Colour & sound: perform basic colour correction and grading (DaVinci Resolve or equivalent) and apply sound cleanup, level balancing, and music/sfx integration to meet broadcast-quality standards.
• Quality control & versioning: perform technical QC (checks for frame rate, aspect ratio, burn-ins, overscan), apply consistent file naming and version control conventions, and prepare deliverables per client specs and asset checklists.
• Collaboration & communication: work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Motion Designers, Sound Designers, Colourists, Account Managers, and Camera/Production teams to align on creative intent, feedback rounds, and delivery timelines. Participate in daily or weekly production check-ins and creative reviews.
• Client feedback implementation: incorporate iterative feedback efficiently, track change requests, and ensure timely turnaround on revisions while maintaining creative integrity and brand consistency.
• Workflow & asset management: use review platforms , Wipster, etc.), cloud storage, and Adobe Media Encoder workflows for exports; maintain organized project bins, proxies, and archive masters to support ongoing and future projects.
• Expected outputs & KPIs: consistently deliver on-time masters and platform-specific cutdowns, maintain high first-pass approval rates, meet defined turnaround SLAs for edits and revisions, and contribute to improving edit templates and reusable assets to increase team efficiency.

• 1–3 years of professional video editing experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team; demonstrable portfolio or showreel.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for colour grading.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition; experienced in multi-format delivery (square, vertical, horizontal).
• Comfortable working onsite in India with tight deadlines and iterative client feedback cycles.

• Experience with motion graphics templates, basic 3D/animation workflows, and plug-ins.
• Familiarity with camera operation, on-set workflows, and basic lighting to support shoot coordination.
