Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of passionate professionals to drive recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
· Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Utilize innovative recruitment techniques to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
· Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities.
· Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
· Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Contribute to team initiatives and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment agency or corporate environment.
· Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
· Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
