12The TeamThe Credit Analytics Product Management team focuses on defining, managing, and supporting data, analytics, and workflow solutions for the suite of Credit Analytics products. This strategic team drives product innovation and usability by collaborating across sectors and continuously evolving our product strategy and development.

You will work alongside Technology, Commercial, Business Strategy, Content, and Operations teams to define executable business requirements that align with client needs and the broader strategic goals of the organization.

You will be responsible for the successful ideation, development, and delivery of product solutions that innovate credit risk workflows through advanced analytics and robust data management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead a global team of product owners in executing the Analytics & Coverage roadmap to deliver our suite of analytics across all delivery channels including Desktop, Excel, APIs, and Feeds.
- Driving roadmap creation & execution, requiring strategic coordination with multiple groups across multiple delivery channels, with focused alignment to our Quantitative Risk Modeling and Business Strategy teams.
- Championing the Credit Analytics methodologies internally and externally.
- Translating complex analytical concepts into actionable product features that meet client needs in credit risk assessment and decision-making.
- Managing and understanding all feedback across all stakeholders at every stage of the delivery cycle, continually leading with empathy and curiosity
- Proven ability to initiate, define, and deliver product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced understanding of agile and scrum methodologies with the ability to manage multiple workstreams with on-time delivery.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Conceptual and innovative thinking to solve complex, nuanced problems and identify new solutions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in product management with at least 1 year as a people leader. Additional prior experience in product ownership preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working with advanced analytical modeling across enterprise-scale data sets, including data analysis, mathematical models, and predictive capabilities.
- Desired Experience - Deep familiarity with credit risk workflows
