About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) Administrator to manage, support, and secure our cloud-based productivity and security platforms. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of M365 services and EMS components like Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint. The ideal candidate will also have a strong willingness to learn about additional technologies, such as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. Flexibility in work hours and a proactive approach to continuous learning and collaboration are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Monitor service health and resolve incidents and performance issues.
  
  Manage mail flow rules, distribution groups, and mailbox permissions.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, governance, and retention policies.
• EMS & Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for device management (Windows,Mac, Android, iOS).
• Configure Conditional Access policies and MFA using Entra ID.
  
  Manage identity protection and risky sign-in reports.
• Monitor device compliance, enforce policies, and manage enrollment status.

Security & Compliance

• Work with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and DLP policies.
• Assist with threat detection, vulnerability remediation, and secure score improvement.
• Maintain compliance configurations and audit logs in Microsoft Purview.

Automation & Reporting

• Use PowerShell scripts for bulk user/device management, reporting, and automation.
• Maintain documentation, KB articles, and SOPs for common tasks.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Good understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance policies.
• Familiarity with security tools: Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, and Secure Score.
• Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Relevant certifications (Preferred):

MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator

SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator

MD-102: Endpoint Administrator

Preferred Qualities:

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proactive mindset towards improving security and user experience.

Experience working in enterprise or hybrid environments.

Additional Preferred Skills:

Basic administration skills in Google Workspace including user and group management, Gmail and Drive settings.

Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and administration tasks such as IAM roles, billing, and resource management.
