Job Summary:

• We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultantwith expertise in both Oracle EBS(R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, specifically focusing on the Accounts Receivable (AR)or Order-to-Cash (O2C)processes.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in application support, experience working in highly customized environments, and a continuous learning mindsetto adapt to new custom functionalities and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional supportfor Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Financial modules, especially in AR / O2Cdomains.
• Work on incident management, service requests, and problem resolutionin a support environment.
• Analyse and troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA)and permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with technical teams for code analysis, data fix coordination, and patch deployment.
• Manage configuration changes, setups, and user support requests.
• Handle month-end close activities, reconciliation, and reporting support for Finance users.
• Participate in testing activitiesincluding UAT, regression, and patch testing.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with business processes.
• Prepare functional design documents (MD50)and review technical documents (MD70).Work in a highly customized Oracle environment, understanding custom extensions, interfaces, and reporting layers.
• Be open and proactive in learning new custom tools and solutionsbuilt on top of Oracle applications.
• Support and guide users on Fusion functionalities, updates, and standard practices.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high-quality service deliveryin the support model.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experienceas Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12Financials (especially AR, OM, Advanced Collections, receivables).
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (AR, Receivables, Revenue Management, Billing, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of O2C cycleincluding Sales Orders, Invoicing, Receipts, Credit Memos, Revenue Recognition.
• Expertise in Vertex Tax integrationwith Oracle EBS and/or Fusion for indirect tax processing and compliance.
• Proven ability to work with customized Oracle modulesand adapt to changing business requirements.
• Knowledge of integrationswith external systems (SOA, Middleware, APIs, REST/SOAP web services).
• Familiarity with Oracle Support (MOS)tools, SR management, and patching processes.
• Working knowledge of basic SQL queries, tables, and data structuresfor debugging issues.
• Experience with change management, documentation, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.).
• Exposure to multi-currencyand multi-organizationenvironments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
