Job Description:

Claricent Psycare is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our team in Salem. As a psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy, and supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals in need. You will work with a variety of clients to help them manage mental health challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and provide evaluations for clients.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Offer crisis intervention and manage psychological emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate records of client assessments, therapy sessions, and progress.
• Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and advancements in psychology.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, stress management, and self-care strategies.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to improving service offerings.

Required Qualifications:

• BSc in Psychology and MSc in Psychology (preferably in Clinical or Counseling Psychology)
• Previous experience in a clinical setting or internships will be considered an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
