Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Tour Advisors to join our team in Calicut. The role involves assisting customers with travel inquiries, planning itineraries, and promoting tour packages. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers about destinations, travel options, and tour packages.
  • Assist in bookings (tickets, hotels, activities).
  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Promote company tours and offers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or previous experience in travel/tourism/customer service
  • 1–3 years of experience (Freshers encouraged).
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Passion for travel and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
