Job Description: Fresher – Computer System Validation (CSV) & Software Testing

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

Education: Degree / B.Tech

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our team in Computer System Validation (CSV) and Software Testing. This role is ideal for someone interested in pharmaceutical/healthcare software compliance, quality processes, and structured testing methodologies.

You will work closely with senior QA, validation, and development teams to ensure our software products meet regulatory, functional, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and executing validation documents (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, RTM, SOPs).
  • Support software testing activities — test case writing, functional testing, regression testing.
  • Participate in risk assessments, change control, and deviation management activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to track issues and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain proper audit trails and version control practices.
  • Learn and follow regulatory guidelines like GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA processes.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of databases, queries, and basic software concepts.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a regulated environment.

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Knowledge of validation lifecycle concepts.
  • Exposure to test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Basic scripting/programming knowledge.
