Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale development projects using modern JavaScript technologies , , or similar).
  • Mentor, guide, and inspire a diverse development team, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and accountability.
  • Own project planning, technical architecture, and delivery timelines while ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Facilitate customer-facing discussions, presentations, and workshops to define requirements and align technical solutions with business goals.

Technical Execution

  • Remain hands-on with development, contributing to codebases alongside the team.
  • Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain a clean, scalable, and maintainable codebase.
  • Conduct code reviews, resolve performance bottlenecks, and implement advanced debugging techniques.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver feature-rich, performant, and user-centric applications.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, concise language to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build trust with clients through transparent updates, technical expertise, and delivering on commitments.
  • Act as a bridge between the business vision and technical execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development
  • Proven success in leading large development teams and delivering high-impact projects.
  • Expertise in frontend frameworks , Angular, or ) and familiarity with backend development preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Exceptional English communication and presentation skills (10/10) comfortable leading client demos, workshops, and technical presentations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development.
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
