About the Role:

Interns at Anomic Lycos will contribute to impactful projects by performing in-depth business research, preparing and managing digital documents, and leveraging digital tools like Notion and Google Workspace to streamline workflows and data organization. The role requires hands-on involvement in content creation, report writing, and collaborating on strategic plans for marketing, branding, and business expansion, while also helping prepare key assets for upcoming launches and beta tests. Digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and basic web design skills (especially familiarity with WordPress) are essential, ensuring interns play a direct role in client-facing activities and internal growth initiatives. The internship offers a real-world opportunity to develop dynamic skills, gain digital marketing exposure, and work closely with the founder during a pivotal phase of business execution.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct business and competitor research to deliver actionable insights for the team


• Prepare, organize, and manage business documents digitally (using Notion and Google Workspace)


• Develop and distribute engaging reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders


• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing activities across social media platforms


• Handle website updates, content creation, and ongoing management on WordPress


• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to drive visibility and growth


• Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report performance across campaigns


• Collaborate on brand and marketing projects, supporting growth and workflow efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:


• 2–3 years' experience in business research, digital marketing, or a related internship/role


• Solid understanding of social media management, digital content creation, and marketing tactics


• Familiarity with WordPress and hands-on SEO experience is a must


• Strong report-writing skills and comfort with digital document management


• Proficient with Notion, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and basic analytics tools


• Excellent communication, organization, and time management


• Proactive, adaptable attitude; ready to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving virtual environment

Work Structure:


• Remote/work-from-home (no physical office required)


• Minimum 6–7 hours per day, 5–6 days a week (flexible, based on project needs)
