Responsibilities:Technical Design and Architecture: Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Guidewire applications. Solutioning: Develop and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new solutions. Configuration and Development: Configure, build, and develop Guidewire components using GOSU, Wizards, PCF, Data Model, Workflow, Activities, and Product Designer.

Business Requirement Understanding: Coordinate with business users and analysts to understand business requirements and configure complex business rules and workflows. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams, including offshore teams, and manage daily communication and reports. Guidewire

Best Practices: Utilize Guidewire standards and best practices to enable customer data and analytics initiatives. Must have: At least 12 years of experience as a Solution Architect leading technical teams with strong software engineering background

Minimum 10 years of industry experience in system development and implementation in the insurance industry

At least 7 years of experience in insurance technology projects programs

At least 7 years of experience in engineering designing and implementing large complex system application architectures

At least 5 years of experience in performance engineering optimization of distributed systems in API based architectures

At least 5 years of experience leading systems integration projects with many internal and external interfaces
