Co-Founder (Growth & Revenue) — WOW STAYZ2

WOW STAYZ2 was born in 2022 with a simple belief: hospitality should feel human. Rooted in real experiences. No fluff. No clichés. Just meaningful stays that guests want to return to, year after year.

The foundation is already built — systems, operations, repeat guests, and a brand that stands for something. Now, the next chapter begins: expansion across India, and soon, the Asia-Pacific.

We're looking for a true partner to lead that journey.

Your Mission

  • You'll own the growth engine of WOW STAYZ2.
  • Sales, marketing, distribution, partnerships, go-to-market strategy — all roads lead through you.
  • From boutique leisure to corporate travel, from OTAs to MICE and wedding planners, from influencer partnerships to long-term B2B alliances — you'll be shaping and driving every channel that moves the business forward.

You'll also play a central role in deciding:

  • Which destinations we expand into
  • How each new location launches
  • How the brand evolves while staying true to its soul

And most importantly, you'll track and improve the numbers that actually matter — ADR, RevPAR, CAC, occupancy, contribution margins — turning vision into measurable growth.

Who You Are

  • You've already helped scale something.
  • A hotel group. A resort brand. An OTA. A travel company. A consumer brand with strong distribution.

You bring:

  • A proven ability to turn networks into revenue
  • Deep understanding of hospitality, travel, or experiential brands
  • Strong intuition for brand, positioning, and storytelling
  • The mindset of someone who builds, not just manages
