We are seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer

with a strong understanding of
material specifications, sourcing, and vendor coordination

. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design sensibility, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage end-to-end design execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and functional
    interior design concepts

based on client needs and project requirements.
- Select appropriate
materials, finishes, and furnishings

, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
- Stay updated with
emerging trends

in interior materials, design innovations, and sustainability practices.
- Source and evaluate
interior materials

through vendors and maintain a strong supplier database.
- Build and sustain
vendor relationships

to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Prepare
mood boards, sample boards, and presentations

for client review and approval.
- Collaborate closely with
architects, contractors, and project teams

to ensure smooth execution of designs.
- Conduct
site visits

to supervise material installations and ensure design fidelity.
- Ensure that all materials and finishes align with
project specifications, quality standards, and cost estimates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Interior Design, Architecture

, or a related field.
- Minimum
3 years of relevant experience

in interior design, with a focus on
material selection and vendor management

.
- Strong knowledge of
materials, finishes, textures, and applications

in interiors.
- Experience in
luxury and high-end interior projects

will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max

, or other design tools.
- Excellent
aesthetic sense
