Student Counsellor/ Sales and Marketing Advisor

Student Counsellor/Sales & Marketing Advisor is expected to perform the following along with additional ad hoc duties as and when requested by MWT:

  • Ensure that each candidate receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through telephone contact or meetings etc.
  • Screen candidates and advise them about most suitable program that meets their qualification and requirement.
  • Assist and advice candidates to gather documents as per requirement of AHPRA
  • Contact AHPRA on behalf of candidate to know application status.
  • Assist candidates in completing necessary application forms to College/University for admission upon receiving decision letter
  • Arrange interview with college/University to confirm admission
  • Provide candidates with information booklet/broachers of different providers of the course to choose from.
  • Train and guide candidates to attend college/University interview which could be telephonic/video conferencing/ Face to face
  • Advice candidates about documentation and fund necessary for applying visa.
  • Prepare candidates to attend visa interview
  • Assist candidates to complete visa application forms
  • Provide pre departure guidance
  • Ensure all candidates attend preparatory course prior to leaving Australia.
  • Check on eLearning status of the candidate from time to time
  • Advice candidates to take necessary vaccination prior to leaving Australia and verify reports.
  • Make travel arrangement for the candidate to Australia
  • Inform candidates about their status at every stage of the process.
