Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets by delivering exceptional customer experience at the counter.
• Engage customers with expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain product display, hygiene, and stock levels as per brand standards.
• Ensure smooth daily counter operations including billing, sampling, and returns.
• Participate in product trainings and stay updated on launches and promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and share daily reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or beauty (airport, premium store, or cosmetic brand experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for makeup, skincare, and customer service.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts at the airport (including weekends and holidays).
• Age: 20–30 years preferred.

Compensation

• Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
• Support in visual merchandising and assist during brand events or activations.
• Handle customer queries or concerns with professionalism and brand-aligned communication.
