Our travel portal is a vital platform for hotels, tour operators, and other industry players to promote their offerings. We assist companies with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and leisure trips, organize vacations for Indian customers traveling within the country and overseas, and cater to inbound guests traveling to India.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager located in Mathura. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and working closely with marketing to optimize promotional activities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee the setting of individual sales targets and track sales performance metrics.

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Sales Strategy skills
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
