Sales & Marketing Executive

- 1. Sales & Business Development:Identify potential customers and generate leads for Tally and Busy accounting software.
 - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
 - Understand client needs and suggest appropriate software solutions (Tally/Busy).
 - Prepare and send quotations, follow up, and close sales deals.
 - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
 - 2. Software Installation & Support:Install Tally or Busy software at client sites or remotely.
 - Provide basic training to customers on software features and functionalities.
 - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide after-sales support.
 - Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues or customization needs.
 - 3. Marketing Activities:Promote the software through various marketing channels such as email campaigns, digital marketing, telecalling, or field visits.
 - Organize and participate in exhibitions, webinars, or product awareness events.
 - Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to improve offerings.
 - 4. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain records of leads, sales, customer interactions, and service requests.
 - Provide daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline status to management.
 - Specific Requirements: Education & Experience:Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business, or IT).
 - 0-3 years of experience in software sales or accounting software domain preferred.
 - Freshers with strong communication skills and basic accounting knowledge may also apply.
 - Skills Required:Good knowledge of Tally and/or Busy accounting software (basic to intermediate).
 - Understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
 - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
