Designation: Graphic Designer

Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, and other marketing materials.

· Understand creative briefs and transform ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand identity.

· Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop campaign creatives, brand visuals, and promotional graphics.

· Design layouts, illustrations, and infographics for digital campaigns and product branding.

· Ensure consistency in style, fonts, colors, and overall brand communication across all visual outputs.

· Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions with the creative and marketing teams.

· Prepare design drafts and present ideas to internal stakeholders for review and feedback.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative output.

· Work on motion graphics and basic animations when required for digital campaigns.

· Ensure timely delivery of all design assets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Competencies:

· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.

· Knowledge of basic motion design or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.

· Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and visual balance.

· Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.

· Ability to interpret briefs and provide innovative design solutions.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

· A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
