Job Title: AI Automation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to join our team and drive individual productivity improvements through the deployment of open-source AI solutions. In this role, you will focus on using publicly available open-source AI technologies to customize and implement automations tailored to organizational needs. The ideal candidate is up to date with the latest developments in the open-source AI ecosystem and has at least two years of hands-on experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify opportunities for small-scale AI automations to boost individual productivity, such as streamlining repetitive tasks, data processing, or decision-support tools.


• Utilize open-source AI models and tools to design, customize, and deploy solutions.


• Implement agentic AI systems to create autonomous agents capable of handling multi step tasks and adapting to dynamic requirements with minimal supervision


• Stay current with the latest public domain AI technologies, including large language models, computer vision tools, and automation frameworks, and evaluate their applicability to our organizational needs.


• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements, prototype automations, and iterate based on feedback.


• Document processes across various functions, provide training to end-users to consume the solutions, and monitor the performance of implemented automations for continuous improvement.


• Experiment with new open-source tools and share insights on emerging trends within the team.

Required Qualifications and Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in AI tool deployment, automation development, or prompt engineering using open-source technologies.


• Strong knowledge of the latest AI technologies in the public domain


• Coding skills in languages such as Python, with the ability to customize open-source libraries and deploy scripts or bots.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for using AI to solve real-world productivity challenges.


• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with AI-enhanced productivity tools or no-code/low-code platforms.


• Certifications in AI or machine learning from reputed institutions
