Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and well-presented Salon Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of The Rajwada Studio. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, goal-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth salon functioning while maintaining the highest standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure seamless customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance standards across the salon.

• Manage appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and inventory control.

• Team Leadership:

• Supervise and motivate the salon team including stylists, beauticians, and front desk staff.

• Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team meetings.

• Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive work environment.

• Customer Relations:

• Greet and interact with clients professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Handle client feedback, queries, and complaints efficiently.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Sales & Marketing:

• Drive salon targets and promote in-house products and services.

• Assist in creating offers, packages, and seasonal promotions.

• Coordinate with management for social media updates and brand visibility.

• Administrative Duties:

• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in salon or spa management.

• Strong understanding of beauty, hair, and bridal services.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in scheduling software, inventory management, and client handling.

• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
