Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore & Gurgaon

Job Summary:

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for driving brand awareness and generating leads through effective digital marketing campaigns. Working closely with our team, you'll develop and execute marketing plans across multiple channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms. Your creative flair and strategic mindset will help us achieve measurable results and grow our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Creating compelling content for websites, blogs, social media posts, and emails
  • Designing graphics and other visual assets for digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics
  • Managing paid search campaigns (PPC) and optimizing ad copy and landing pages for maximum ROI
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing initiatives and overall company strategy
  • Reporting on campaign performance regularly and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in digital marketing roles within startups, tech companies, or similar industries
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and link building strategies
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and other web content management systems
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Creative problem solver who enjoys brainstorming new ideas and testing them out
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • High level of attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality work promptly.
