About The Role
We are looking for highly skilled AI professionals to design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions tailored for the healthcare domain. The team will work on intelligent automation and advanced decision-support systems to transform clinical operations, utilization management, and care management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for use cases in clinical, utilization management, and care management.
  • Build Agentic AI systems capable of executing multi-step autonomous workflows across healthcare operations (e.g., Prior Authorization, Eligibility Checks, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing healthcare platforms and business processes.
  • Design and implement APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components to support scalable AI agent architectures.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-driven solutions in production environments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH, and uphold data privacy standards.
  • Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio), and healthcare technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, EDI, ICD, and CPT codes.
  • Experience integrating with healthcare systems (e.g., Guiding Care or similar platforms).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring AI engineering teams (for the AI Lead role).
  • Exposure to healthcare automation, AI-driven workflow orchestration, or clinical decision support systems.
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
