· Supplier Sourcing: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, and price.

· Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness.

· Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.

· Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast material requirements, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate inventory.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, supplier performance, and pricing.

· Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with project goals.

· Issue Resolution: Handle discrepancies, resolve delivery issues, and manage returns or damaged goods with suppliers.

· Reporting: Prepare basic reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and cost analyses.

Key Skills :

· Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Good knowledge of supplier sourcing practices and vendor management.

· Familiarity with supply chain procedures and basic inventory management.

· Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to use basic purchasing software and tools.

· Analytical skills for cost analysis and reporting.

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree – Any B.com

· Post-graduate preferable

· Knowledge of Food related products procurement necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
