Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Professional located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Professional will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering efficient solutions. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries through various channels, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Effective Interpersonal and Analytical skills
  • Technical Support skills and abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
