Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in end-to-end digital product development, customer-centric design, and cross-functional leadership.

This role requires someone who can define and execute strategic product roadmaps, work across multiple domains (web, mobile, SaaS, enterprise platforms), and also leverage AI where it delivers real business value.

Youll play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact products used by thousands of customers or internal teams, ensuring business alignment, user experience, and technology excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy & Vision

  2. Define product strategy based on business goals, user needs, and market trends.

  3. Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization.

  4. Evaluate build vs. buy decisions, technical feasibility, and time-to-market tradeoffs.

  5. Roadmap Ownership & Execution

  6. Build and maintain product roadmaps with clear prioritization using frameworks like MoSCoW or RICE.

  7. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and QA to deliver new features or entire products on time.

  8. Break down complex business problems into clearly defined product requirements and user stories.

  9. AI & Data-Enhanced Feature Design

  10. Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML teams to identify areas where machine learning or automation can improve user experience, personalization, or decision-making.

  11. Manage responsible implementation of AI features (e.g., content recommendations, predictive analytics, NLP-driven support).

  12. Ensure AI components align with overall product objectives, but do not drive the product unnecessarily.

  13. Cross-functional Leadership

  14. Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business and technical constraints.

  15. Facilitate alignment across leadership, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations teams.

  16. Lead agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) and manage sprint-level execution.

  17. Customer & Market Insight

  18. Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and industry insights to make informed product decisions.

  19. Conduct customer discovery interviews, prototype testing, and A/B experiments.
  20. Define and track success metrics to evaluate product performance and ROI.

System Integration and Data Management

  • Oversee the integration of NetSuite with other business systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Office 365, PowerBI and Keka (HCM)
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems
  • Develop and maintain data migration strategies and processes, as needed
  • Work with engineers to automate and elevate multiplatform reports using PowerBI
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports to the CEO, executive team, board members

Core Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of product management experience across B2B or B2C products.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship enterprise or consumer digital products at scale.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience collaborating on data-driven features.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Miro, etc.
