Job Description – Shopify Website & Community Trainer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Shopify Specialist who can manage and enhance our e-commerce website while also taking an active role in our coaching community. This role is a mix of hands-on website management and educational communication, where you will not only work on Shopify directly but also explain and demonstrate concepts to our community of fashion entrepreneurs via Zoom sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Manage and update Company's Shopify store (products, collections, discounts, banners, theme edits).
  • Optimize website performance for speed, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with designers/developers for advanced customization.
  • Track analytics and recommend improvements for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Handle integrations with apps (email, Whats-app, review tools, up sell apps, etc.).

Community Training

  • Conduct live Zoom sessions to demonstrate Shopify features (product upload, collections, inventory, themes, apps, etc.).
  • Explain Shopify processes in simple, beginner-friendly language to non-technical entrepreneurs.
  • Provide practical examples and screen-share demos for clarity.
  • Assist in creating tutorials, guides, and SOPs for our members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify store management (themes, apps, liquid basics preferred).
  • Good understanding of e-commerce operations (products, payments, checkout, tracking, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach and engage people on Zoom.
  • Confident in conducting live product demos and training sessions.
  • Bonus: Prior experience with fashion brands or D2C businesses.
