Key Responsibilities

  • Create various types of Revit families, including parametric, non-parametric, type-based, and instance-based families, aligned with project requirements.
  • Develop 3D BIM-coordinated models in Revit Architecture and Structure as per specified standards and best practices.
  • Generate plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings from 3D BIM models for projects of varying scales and complexities.
  • Prepare complete, accurate, and well-annotated architectural drawings.
  • Work on both new and existing projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Utilize software such as Navisworks, Recap, or CloudCompare for Scan-to-BIM workflows (as required).
  • Communicate effectively within the team and proactively ask questions to improve clarity and project outcomes.
  • Adapt to project-specific needs, including onsite visits if required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. (Civil/Architecture) or Diploma in Civil/Architecture.
  • Experience: Around 2 to 4 years in BIM, Revit modeling, or related fields.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Revit (Architecture & Structure).

  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • Familiarity with Scan-to-BIM tools such as Navisworks, Recap, or CloudCompare.
  • Good drafting skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
